RETURNS

Duration of the return policy: Our return policy lasts 14 days, starting from the day the package is delivered to the customer. Please initiate any return request within this time period to ensure smooth processing.

Late returns: Returns shipped after the 14 days allowed will be refused. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of the return label and shipping to the original shipping address.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive defective or incorrect items, please use the returns portal located in the Returns section. We will provide you with a return label to ship the defective/incorrect item back to us.

Returns due to customer dissatisfaction: Returns due to customer dissatisfaction must be shipped at the customer's expense. Please use the returns portal located in the Returns section. We will provide you with a return label to ship the item to us.

Customs Fees: For returns with customs fees, the buyer will be responsible for covering these costs. If a customer's return includes customs charges, these will need to be paid before we can proceed with refunds for the returned items.

Return Policy: All returns must be in perfect original condition, including any original attachments such as labels, boxes or dust bags, along with the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn, washed or show signs of use.

Rejected returns: In case of rejected returns, the order will be sent back to the buyer and any further shipping costs will be at his expense.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and approval of returns.

Did you pay with a credit card?

In this case, the refund will be made to the same associated card or bank account. It may happen that the refund date on your bank statement coincides with the purchase date.

Did you pay with PayPal?

You will receive the refund amount for the returned items to the same PayPal account.
