Payment methods

If the customer chooses to pay with one of the otherwise accepted credit card options displayed on the website, payment must be made with the submission of the purchase order. The validity of this payment method will be rigorously verified by the supplier during the order process, by sending an email to the customer indicating the results.

In the event that the supplier or credit card issuing institution refuses payment for any reason, GlamyLoox will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery of items.

GlamyLoox reserves the right to automatically cancel any order in the absence of the relevant information necessary to complete a transaction.

The buyer's credit card information or financial information will never be known by GlamyLoox. This information is transmitted via a secure connection to an online portal for the bank or finance company provided by the customer. Therefore, GlamyLoox will not be responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use of credit cards that may possibly occur during the transaction of a purchase. In the event that PayPal is used as a payment method, customers will be immediately directed to the PayPal login page to complete their order. When using PayPal, the purchase amount is charged to your PayPal account at the time of ordering. In case of cancellation by the customer or non-acceptance by GlamyLoox, the amount will be refunded to the customer's individual PayPal account. GlamyLoox will in no case be responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from any delays in the release of the amount committed by PayPal. For each transaction carried out with the PayPal account, the customer will receive (via email) confirmation from PayPal directly. GlamyLoox reserves the right to cancel and/or suspend the order in the event that PayPal sends an email message showing errors and/or irregularities in the payment. In such case, GlamyLoox reserves the right to obtain further information from the customer, as well as sending documents to prove ownership of the credit cards. GlamyLoox also reserves the right not to accept the order without the Customer having the right to claim damages.

In the event that the customer cancels an order booked with payment by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal, GlamyLoox will refund through the same payment method chosen by the Customer, with requests for other methods not permitted under any circumstances.

Customer data is processed in a way that prevents third parties from coming into contact with it. To further increase security, customers should try to use an internet provider such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla or Safari. Until customers confirm an order, credit card details will reside exclusively on the customer's computer or device.
