How to order

Proceed to order

Any product purchases completed by customers are made in coordination with what is displayed and described on the Website, including the price shown and additional taxes and fees, which may vary by location. Additional costs include the cost of shipping, which will be shown at the time of purchase.

  1. After choosing the product, select the size by clicking on "choose a size" and then "add to cart".
  2. Add other products in the same way or click "proceed".
  3. Confirm your shipping address. Be careful to enter the name that the courier will find on the bell in the "additional information" section .
  4. Choose the payment method you want to use.
  5. At this point you will be directed to the final page with the summary of your data. If you have a discount code to use, enter it in the appropriate field. Remember to check that all the selected details are correct, once the order has been confirmed it will no longer be possible to change them.
  6. To complete the order click on "buy".

At this point you will receive a confirmation email to the address you registered on our site. If you don't see it, try checking your Spam folder. You can also check all the details relating to your order by accessing your account directly, in the "orders" section

It is not possible to add other items when you have already completed the order. If you want, you can make another one.

After completing the order, we cannot change the shipping address, shipping or payment method.

Before completing any purchase, the customer will always be made aware of the specific unit cost of each product selected, as well as the total number ordered (if greater than one) and any delivery costs.

After completing the purchase, customers will receive an email confirming their order, with GlamyLoox stating that it has been received, as well as providing a unique order number. Subsequently, customers will receive a second email, this time confirming acceptance of that order, including delivery of the products to the indicated address and estimated delivery date.

Customers will be able to check the status of their order in the customer area.

Orders will have one of the following statuses:

PROCESSING: The order has been placed by the Customer and their payment has been verified. Orders will be automatically canceled by the international banking system in case of failure to authorize.

WAITING: GlamyLoox has received the order, but is waiting for payment confirmation from the customer.

COMPLETED: The purchased goods have been delivered to the relevant courier for transport. has received the order, but is waiting for payment confirmation from the customer.
