SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

GlamyLoox delivers worldwide. Our shipping partners are UPS, DHL, FedEx and the Postal Service. The average delivery time in Europe is 5-8 working days. For shipping destinations outside Europe, such as North America and Asia, the delivery time is 8 - 12 working days. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.


Invoices for orders delivered by couriers are available to download or print online from the customer's individual account area. Once this information has been released, no changes can be made.

Products are shipped by GlamyLoox within 1-3 working days of order payment confirmation and are always subject to verification of the regularity of payment before processing. In the case of orders with advance payments other than bank transfer, and in which GlamyLoox has an anomaly relationship, such as a discrepancy between the name of the registered person and the credit card holder, the goods will be delivered within 7 working days from verification of the regularity of payment, or from the end of the trial period required to verify the regularity of payment. In the unlikely event that a product has not been delivered after 10 working days of order confirmation, customers should send a direct email to contact@GlamyLoox.com with the subject line "non-delivery", also stating the order number and any additional information. After receiving the email, GlamyLoox will contact the customer within 2 business days to resolve the issue or, in some cases, provide an explanation for the failure to fulfill orders. For an unclaimed package that is returned to GlamyLoox, the buyer will be responsible for a flat fee of €45 / $55 + customs duties, which will be invoiced or deducted from the refund.

Returns due to non-delivery to the recipient (recipient not found after several delivery attempts, refusal of the goods by the recipient) or due to incorrect shipping information provided, such as name or address, will be borne by the buyer with a flat rate of €45 / $55 + customs duties.
